Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods - without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send us an unambiguous statement (e.g. by completing the withdrawal form) at info@jubileraraszkiewicz.pl or in writing to the store address.
•The 14-day period begins on the day you took physical possession of the goods.
•The goods must be returned promptly, no later than 14 days from informing us of the withdrawal.
•Direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
•Refund is issued promptly, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry made to the customer's individual specifications (including engraved products, individually designed jewelry, items modified to customer request) - under Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
Complaints (statutory warranty)
If you find a physical or legal defect in the goods, you have the right to file a complaint under the statutory warranty for 2 years from delivery. The simplest way is to email info@jubileraraszkiewicz.pl with a description of the defect and photos. The complaint will be processed within 14 days.
How to file a return or complaint - step by step

2If withdrawing from the contract: complete and send the withdrawal form.
3Pack the goods securely and include the proof of purchase.
4Send the parcel to the store: al. Wyzwolenia 41/u 1, 70-531 Szczecin, Poland.
5Once we receive and verify the goods we will refund the payment or process the complaint within 14 days.
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
